Technology

The HausWerk prefabricated houses are made in heavy frame technology, which meets the highest durability standards. This is ensured by our refined production process with the use of a modern and automated machine park, as well as continuous quality control carried out by our laboratory. The material we use, unlike ordinary “construction timber”, is a heavy construction made of KVH wood that guarantees load-bearing capacity and stability. The wood we use is subjected to chamber drying, which stops biological processes and prevents degradation over time. Thanks to the four-sided planing, it obtains a safe and aesthetic finish. We are so sure of our quality that we give you 30-year warranty for the structure.. HausWerk technology ensures:

drawing-icn

Durability of a structure

Structure made of havy KVH timber beams with a cross-section of 160×60 mm in external walls and 240×60 mm in ceilings, precisely made in our factory with a machinery park.

The highest quality materials

Use ofchamber-dried KVH timber, 4-sided planed and 4-sided chamfered, produced in Germany and Austria in line with sustainable forest management.

Energy-efficiency

Thermal insulation constituting nearly 80% of the thickness of the external wall, which guarantees high energy efficiency and the best standards of thermal transmittance: U = 0.10-0.17 W / m²K.

Good acoustics

The best acoustic parameters are noise reduction from the outside and between floors, thanks to materials of different densities and the ability to absorb sounds.

Fire resistance

Possibility to adjust the fire resistance of the walls to any requirements. Flame-retardant KVH wood, Fermacell board barrier and non-flammable rock wool make our houses fire resistance up to REI 120 and NRO standard.

Humidity regulation

Thanks to the diffusion-open walls and the unique ability of wood to self-regulate humidity, our houses have a friendly microclimate and optimal conditions with proper removal of water vapor.

Structure

Read-made walls of HausWerk houses include structural elements, thermal insulation and sheathing panels.

Walls

Diffusion open partitions guaranteeing humidity control, fire resistance, good acoustics and a friendly microclimate inside the house.

Roof

Sloping roofs covered with tiles, steel roofing tiles or EPDM foil on flat roofs. Thermal comfort thanks to the phase shift up to 14 h.

Ceiling

Inter-storey ceilings are made of many layers of materials of different density and sound absorption capacity.

Specification

Installations

Electrical, sanitary and telecommunication installation as a standard. Optional: Smart Home systems.

Foundation

Foundations insulated from the ground and on the perimeter with the use of styrodur protect against moisture and prevent heat loss.

Windows and doors

Energy-efficient steel doors and PVC windows, triple-pane with a 7-chamber
frame profile, with a low heat transfer coefficient.

RES

Standard of energy-efficient houses thanks to the use of heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and mechanical ventilation with a recuperator.

HausWerk technology is based on the semi-automation of the production process, inter alia, through the integration of CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), CIM (Computer-Integrated Manufacturing) technologies and design based on BIM (Building Information Modelling), enabling simulation of the house construction process before its implementation is even commenced. The preparation and assembly of house elements takes place on machines and assembly tables dedicated to timber processing. We use world-class Weinmann equipment, which guarantees the highest precision and quality of workmanship. The entire prefabricated element complies with the dimensions in the design, its individual elements are screwed and sewn according to strictly defined standards, and additional mills and splines are prepared at the production stage.

Thanks to the refined and automated production process, we minimize the possibility of unexpected events at the construction site, significantly reduce its time and we can accurately estimate the costs of implementation, which translates into the financial security of the investor throughout the entire cooperation period.
