Scope
Anyone who has ever built a house knows how stressful the entire process can be. At HausWerk, we take responsibility for all of it, from concept work to handing over the keys. When you cooperate with us, you do not get involved during most of the construction process. Questions and answers
The price of individual designs depends on many factors, including the scope of implementation, the size of the building, the source of its heating, the degree of difficulty and the materials used. Usually it is in the range of PLN 4,900–6,000 gross per m² in the shell and core stage. Our specialists will advise you on how to optimize the design and adjust the house construction costs to your possibilities.
Send us floor plans with architectural cross-sections, the preferred source of heating for the building, plot details and the expected scope of implementation (pre-lock-up, shell or shell and core stage). After gathering all the information required, we will prepare a free quote for you.
A HausWerk house in the shell and core standard includes the execution of the building facade, floor screeds, electrical, sanitary and telecommunication installations, heating with ventilation, installation of railings, roller blinds and shutters and, optionally, smart home systems.
Cooperating with us, you can do everything in one place, including financing construction. Together, we will adjust the loan to your needs and advise you on how to build your creditworthiness.
